**To help alleviate insomnia and regulate a healthy sleep routine. This will almost force you to deal with the underlying issues causing your sleep patterns to be disturbed. It may unravel emotions or pent up energy** A ritual performed on APRIL 8TH during the NEW MOON WINDOW. Candles will be carved with initials, dressed with herbs , and lit until burned thoroughly. A confirmation email or community post with a photo of the completed ritual will be posted on my YouTube community board on APRIL 17TH 2024.
